Due to the size and weight of our units, standard freight shipping typically takes 7-14 business days. You will receive a tracking number and a delivery appointment call once the shipment reaches your local hub.
Is professional installation required for your saunas?
Most of our infrared and traditional indoor saunas feature a 'bolt-together' or 'clasp' design for easy DIY assembly. However, we recommend hiring a licensed electrician to handle the dedicated power requirements for larger heaters.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window. The item must be in its original packaging and unassembled. Please note that customers are responsible for return freight shipping costs and a restocking fee may apply.
Do your saunas come with a warranty?
Yes, all our saunas come with a manufacturer's warranty. This typically covers the heating elements, control panels, and wood structure for 3 to 5 years, depending on the specific model.
What electrical requirements should I prepare for?
Smaller 1-2 person infrared units usually run on a standard 120V/15A outlet. Larger models and traditional steam saunas often require a dedicated 240V circuit and a 30A or 40A breaker.
Are the wood materials sustainably sourced?
Absolutely. We use premium, eco-friendly woods such as Canadian Hemlock and Western Red Cedar, all of which are sourced from FSC-certified suppliers to ensure environmental responsibility.
