Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Prepare the Unit
Carefully disassemble the sauna if necessary and pack all components, hardware, and manuals into the original shipping crates to prevent damage during transit.
Schedule Freight Pickup
Once your return is approved, we will coordinate with a specialized freight carrier to pick up the item from your location at a scheduled time.
Inspection and Refund
After our warehouse team inspects the returned unit for quality and completeness, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
